The problem would always be time, budget and materials.
Of all these 3 the material and time is always the issue as perfection of props is not as easy as costumes which can be easily commissioned or made just with the avail of pictures and photoes to the local taylors.
Most props nowadays are either self made or OEM b factories but most of the time complicated and massive ones are commissioned to highly dedicated cos-ers.
Well, a group was meant to set up in Brunei, but due to personal and procrastination nature of cosplayers in the country, the workshop was never happening. Budget is also a major issue.
